Menurut seorang influencer yang berada dalam konvoi tersebut, kumpulan itu dibawa ke balai untuk pemeriksaan lanjut selepas ditahan di jalan raya. Dia mendakwa 15 saman dikeluarkan dengan jumlah keseluruhan THB15,000, kira-kira RM1,900, atas beberapa kesalahan termasuk lampu berkelip, ekzos bising dan pelanggaran trafik lain. Menurutnya, ada motosikal yang menggunakan ekzos standard kilang pun tetap dianggap terlalu bising oleh pihak berkuasa Thailand. Seorang lagi ahli kumpulan pula didakwa menerima tiga saman kerana tak membawa dokumen insurans, geran motosikal dan isu ekzos.<\/p><h2><span class=\"s1\"><b>Influencer Kata Mereka Dah Lepas Pemeriksaan Di Malaysia<\/b><\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p2\">Influencer itu turut menjelaskan yang kesemua 17 motosikal dalam kumpulan mereka sudah melalui pemeriksaan polis trafik Malaysia sebelum menyeberangi sempadan. Sebab itu dia rasa kurang puas hati bila sampai di Hat Yai, mereka tetap dikenakan tindakan. Dia juga mendakwa salinan lesen memandu yang dicetak daripada sumber online tanpa gambar tidak diterima dan lesen fizikal diperlukan. Menurutnya lagi, kumpulan mereka mengambil masa hampir tiga jam untuk menyelesaikan urusan kerana hanya seorang pegawai yang mengendalikan kes tersebut. Dia turut mendakwa mereka diberi amaran bahawa jika saman tak dibayar segera, mereka mungkin berdepan tindakan lanjut termasuk ditahan.<\/p><h2><span class=\"s1\"><b>Seru Boikot Thailand, Tapi Polis Kata Cuma Jalankan Tugas<\/b><\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p3\">Selepas kejadian itu, influencer berkenaan tampil menyeru orang ramai supaya memboikot Thailand dan tidak lagi berkunjung ke negara tersebut. Dia mendakwa penunggang motosikal dari Malaysia seolah-olah menjadi sasaran dan dicari kesalahan. Namun, menurut laporan <span class=\"s1\"><i>Bangkok Post<\/i><\/span>, pegawai Thailand yang terlibat tampil memberi penjelasan bahawa dia hanya menjalankan tugas selepas mendapati beberapa motosikal dalam kumpulan itu tidak mematuhi undang-undang tempatan. Jadi walaupun kumpulan tersebut mendakwa motosikal mereka sudah lepas pemeriksaan di Malaysia, undang-undang yang digunakan di Thailand tetap tertakluk kepada peraturan negara berkenaan.
