Namun sehari kemudian, Dewan Keadilan dan Undang Negeri Sembilan menegaskan Tuanku Muhriz masih Yang di-Pertuan Besar yang sah serta menyatakan keputusan Exco berhubung perkara itu tidak mempunyai kesan undang-undang.\u00a0 <\/span><\/pre><h2><b>Exco Umum Tuanku Muhriz Diturunkan Takhta<\/b><\/h2><p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13787 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/osedap.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/BN042385440_1780647468-1.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"639\" srcset=\"https:\/\/osedap.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/BN042385440_1780647468-1.webp 960w, https:\/\/osedap.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/BN042385440_1780647468-1-300x200.webp 300w, https:\/\/osedap.com.my\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/BN042385440_1780647468-1-768x511.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isu kedudukan Yang di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan mencetuskan perhatian selepas barisan Exco kerajaan negeri mengeluarkan kenyataan pada 16 September bahawa Tuanku Muhriz Tuanku Munawir telah diturunkan takhta oleh Undang Yang Empat. Menurut kenyataan itu, proklamasi bertarikh 19 April 2026 dibuat mengikut Perkara 10 Undang-Undang Tubuh Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan 1959 (UUTKNS) serta ditandatangani dan dicop mohor oleh Undang Luak yang sah. Exco turut menyatakan bahawa prerogatif untuk memilih dan menurunkan Yang di-Pertuan Besar terletak pada Undang Yang Empat. Mereka kemudian mengumumkan Tuanku Nadzaruddin Tuanku Ja\u2019afar telah dipilih dan diiktiraf sebagai Yang di-Pertuan Besar yang baharu berkuat kuasa serta-merta.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><b>DKU Pula Tegaskan Tuanku Muhriz Masih Yang di-Pertuan Besar<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namun, cerita ini tidak berhenti dengan pengumuman tersebut. Pada pagi 17 September, Dewan Keadilan dan Undang (DKU) Negeri Sembilan mengeluarkan pendirian yang bercanggah dengan kenyataan Exco. DKU menegaskan Tuanku Muhriz masih merupakan Yang di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan yang sah dan menyatakan tiada kekosongan jawatan selagi takhta tersebut masih diduduki secara sah. Malah, DKU berpandangan keputusan Exco pada 16 September yang cuba mengesahkan penurunan Tuanku Muhriz, mengiktiraf pemerintah baharu dan mengarahkan pelaksanaannya tidak mempunyai kesan undang-undang kerana perkara tersebut berada di luar bidang kuasa Exco. Jadi, setakat perkembangan terkini pada 17 September, kedudukan takhta Negeri Sembilan masih menjadi pertikaian dan tidak wajar digambarkan seolah-olah isu tersebut sudah selesai.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><b>Proklamasi 19 April Jadi Punca Utama Pertikaian<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di tengah-tengah kemelut ini ialah proklamasi bertarikh 19 April 2026 serta tafsiran terhadap Perkara 10 dan Perkara 11 UUTKNS 1959. Barisan Exco berpandangan proklamasi tersebut sah dan sempurna selepas ditandatangani serta dicop mohor Undang Luak, selain kemudian ditandatangani Menteri Besar pada 3 Ogos. Namun, DKU mempertikaikan kesan undang-undang keputusan Exco dan terus mempertahankan kedudukan Tuanku Muhriz. Bekas Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan, Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun turut menyifatkan tindakan Exco mengumumkan penurunan takhta itu sebagai perbuatan derhaka dan menggesa tindakan undang-undang diambil. Dengan beberapa pihak mengemukakan tafsiran dan pendirian yang berbeza, kemelut ini kini bukan sekadar mengenai siapa yang diumumkan sebagai pemerintah, tetapi turut melibatkan persoalan kuasa, tatacara serta kesahan proses di bawah perlembagaan negeri.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p><h2><b>Soalan Lazim<\/b><\/h2><p><b>Adakah Tuanku Muhriz sudah diturunkan takhta?<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Barisan Exco Negeri Sembilan mengumumkan pada 16 September bahawa Tuanku Muhriz telah diturunkan berdasarkan proklamasi Undang Yang Empat.
